He attended Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2006 he was awarded his Juris Doctorate and Civil Law Certificate from Tulane University Law School. He is a Fellow of the Loyola Institute of Politics. Mr. Sherman is an associate in the Business and Real Estate Section and represents lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of all types of developments including office buildings, apartments, condominiums and restaurants. He also assists clients in land-use planning including zoning, resubdivisions and permitting. Mr. Sherman also practices in the fields of health care law and securities law. He represents health care providers including hospitals, physician groups and individual physicians in connection with their legal and business needs. He assists clients in raising capital through private offerings. Mr. Sherman is an active member of the Young Leadership Council and is currently a project leader for its Inspector General Project. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.
