Katharine R. Colletta   Direct Dial Number: (504) 585-7708 email:   Katharine Colletta was born in Denton, Texas in 1975 and attended Isidore Newman School, graduating in 1994. In 1998, she graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French.  Mrs. Colletta returned to New Orleans and graduated from Tulane Law School in May 2001.  While in law school, Mrs. Colletta served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William H. Byrnes, Chief Judge of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Colletta joined Chaffe McCall’s admiralty section in 2009.  Mrs. Colletta is licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.  She is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, all Mississippi state and federal courts, Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas,  the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
